THE BLACK POWDER COAT
The powder coating process starts with a finely powdered blend of epoxy and polyester particles which are sprayed on to the metal part while it is hung from a statically charged line. The part passes into a curing oven with a heat in excess of 400°, where the particles melt and fuse to the base metal, leaving a tough resilient and flexible finish that will surpass enamel or plating in durability. Resistant to chemicals and salt air, the product bypasses the pollution problems of chrome plating process and leaves a superior finish, at truly "Green" product.
