The powder coating process starts with a finely powdered blend of epoxy and polyester particles which are sprayed on to the metal part while it is hung from a statically charged line.

The part passes into a curing oven with a heat in excess of 400 degrees, where the particles melt and fuse to the base metal, leaving a tough resilient and flexible finish that will surpass enamel or plating in durability. Resistant to chemicals and salt air, the product bypasses the pollution problems of chrome plating process and leaves a superior finish, at truly "Green" product.

This specialized mechanism accepts up to $1.75 in quarters, or the price setting may be over-ridden by ONE Double D or ONE special brass token, according to the model you chose. All changes are internal to the chutes, so it will fit where any other Vertical Coin Chute would be used.

The special tokens are minted from gauge materials. They are the same diameter as conventional .880 tokens but are exceptionally thin. This minimizes any possibility to defraud with arcade tokens and other coins. Available in brass only. 

The unit is useful for wash & fold operations, to minimize the coins the attendants need to handle, and provide a tool for accountability. It is useful for promotional or discount programs, and for the establishment of a refund policy.

V15-L02 (BLACK)

IDEAL FOR: WASCOMAT, SPEED QUEEN, or other large machines the generally take a higher vend price.

A specialty chute designed for machines which need to get over the $2.00 limit imposed by conventional Vertical Eight Coin Mechanisms. It fits where any other coin chute would, and avoids the necessity of double stroking the machine. The extra capacity is gained by re-working seven of the slots to accept TWO Quarters Side-By-Side.

Decals on the Chute reflect the need for two quarters in each slot, and an additional 4" x 6" decal is included with each chute to guide your customers in their use.

Model 444

The Model 444 is a single coin or token mechanism. It is the primary acceptor for the use of Monarch's special security tokens.

Accepts coins from the size of a dime up to and including the Canadian $1 Loonie. The units are simple, rugged, and easy to maintain. Available with factory mounted electric switch when required.

TOKETTES are SINGLE USE, breakable plastic tokens that remove some of the risk of having cash in machines located in unsupervised, high risk areas.

These are ideal for apartment complexes and institutional laundries. Tokens allow you to control pricing as well as who has access to the use of the machine.

Chutes alone are for converting existing equipment with minimal expenditures.

TOKETTES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE UPON REQUEST!!

Complete Kits are available for putting new commercial equipment into service.
Monarch manufactures ONLY the chutes.
